Collection and Processing of Personal Data on This Website

We have concluded a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR with the hosting provider of this website, Webflow Inc., 398 11th St., Floor 2, San Francisco, CA, USA. Data transfers to Webflow Inc. are subject to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision.

The collected data is stored in server log files. Server log files are only stored for a longer period in the event of attacks on our server infrastructure or other legal violations. This extended storage is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for evidence preservation.


Inquiries via Contact Form, Email, and Telephone

All personal data that you voluntarily provide to us will be treated confidentially. We use your data exclusively to process and respond to your inquiry.

To use LeadMetrics, a user account is required, which can be created using an email address and password. In this context, we store the IP address and the time of the respective user action when you register, log in, or use your user account.

Within the user account, we store:

  • Company information (telephone number, address, email address)
  • Team members and their roles
  • Customer contact data (telephone numbers, campaigns, etc.)

These data are processed exclusively for contract performance pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Your data will be stored for the duration of the contractual relationship. Upon termination, you are responsible for securing your data in due time.
